Massive thank you to Kris the engineer who sorted out the problem with my septic tank. He is a true gentleman. I had a problem because I wasn’t aware the tank ever needed a service….but within 24 hours everything was working perfectly, thanks also to Paula in the office for her help and understanding.

I just thought that I should give you some positive feedback in relation to the recent service call to service my sewage system at my house.
I did not meet the service person as I was away when he arrived but he did call me for directions and said his name was Cathal.
My wife was at the house and commented afterwards how professional he was. He also arrived and changed into his work gear to service the system and then changed back to his normal clothes and clean shoes before entering the house.
